This letter is to thank you and your team for running such a well structured and inspiring Academy.  Since my son’s enrolment in May, he has been consistently focused and enthusiastic about all his classes and training at home, which is not easy for a fifteen year old.  He has relished the physical and mental challenges and has enjoyed the obvious improvements in body shape and mental discipline.  My husband Vince is equally impressed.

This very pleasing result has a great deal to do with how you run the academy particularly the structure of the sash and tip testing.  For your students this gives them constant short-term goals and motivation to learn encompassable yet challenging levels as they progress through the system. The atmosphere of the school and the support shown by older students is remarkably friendly and encouraging.

The physical ambience is also inspiring and subtlety enforces the whole culture of Kung Fu as well as providing plenty of space and equipment for training.
Thank you once again for running such a wonderful Kung Fu School and I know Peter, my son has really changed in the most positive way since becoming one of your students.

STAR PROGRAM

The STAR programme is our system of developing mature and responsible attitudes in our young students. They are rewarded not only for excellence and dedication in their Kung Fu, but also for acts of kindness and maturity, for responsible behaviour at home and at school, and for developing an awareness of their responsibilities to their parents, their community and the environment. They are also encouraged to develop interpersonal skills to handle conflicts with their peers in a constructive and peaceful way. By showing maturity and responsibility, students can also earn Kung Fu Dollars, which can be exchanged for rewards from our shop.

LION DANCE TEAM

Gives your child the oppurtunity to experience the ancient old tradition of Lion Dancing. Building strength, focus and confidence skills, your child will get the oppurtunity to demonstrate in
front of crowds, work with an exciting team and gain a new and different experience.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

Gathering young leaders of today. Our highly successful leadership program gets kids leading, teaching and demonstrating condifence. With special training from advanced instructors,
juniors are able to to focus more in-class, at school and at home.

Since Garrick has joined the Academy we have noticed a marked increase in his energy levels. The STAR program has increased his sense of self and has given him the confidence to join in social activities that previously daunted him.
